On July 4th, 1776, the Founders of America wrote a document that has become known as ‘The Declaration of Independence.’ In this document, the Founders declared America as an independent country from England, and set forth the reasons for making this declaration. Could this simple document be more than it appears to be? Is there a hidden message from the Founding Fathers? Is the Declaration of independence really a treasure map?

In “Jesus, Jesus , Jesus”, it has been clearly established that the date of the writing of the Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776, was more than just a normal day. This day declares the name of Jesus three times and it is the only modern date that can. If the writers of the Declaration of Independence were not only aware of the importance of this date, but had actually planned the American Revolution to begin on this date, then it would be logical to assume that the document could contain more information than meets the eye. The first line of the Declaration of Independence is:

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The importance of the date has already been established, but what about the two words that precede the date? Is there another message hidden using the simple words ‘IN CONGRESS’? Using standard English gematria, ‘IN CONGRESS’ has the value of 123, and in the simple form, ‘IN CONGRESS’ = 117. The values 123 and 117 are identical to the standard and simple values of ‘THE HOLY BIBLE’. So, using the rules of gematria, ‘IN CONGRESS’ can be replaced with ‘THE HOLY BIBLE’. The first line of the Declaration of Independence is transformed using gematria,

‘IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776’ = ‘The Holy Bible, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus’

The first line of the Declaration of Independence appears to be pointing to The Holy Bible and the name of Jesus, but why? Did the Founding Fathers know a secret about the Bible, about Jesus? If they actually protected such a monumental secret, then what was the reason for protecting it? Why build a country to protect a secret about the Bible and Jesus and then leave clues to that effect? The only logical answer is that they expected it to be found one day.

The secret that America protects is called The Holy Grail. The word ‘GRAIL’ has a standard gematria value of 47. The 47th line of the Declaration of Independence is the signature of John Hancock. The manner in which John Hancock signed the Declaration of Independence is such that the signature appears to jump off the page, to take on a life of its own. When one views the Declaration, their eyes are inexplicably drawn to this name. Was the signature intentionally designed to look out of place?

The name ‘John Hancock’ has 4 and 7 letters in the first and last names, respectively, giving the number 47 again. The standard gematria value of ‘John’ is also 47. There are 3 ways to get the number 47, the value of ‘GRAIL’, using the name ‘John Hancock’ and its rather awkward placement on the document.

Recapping, the first line of the Declaration of Independence can be transformed into the words, THE HOLY BIBLE & JESUS, JESUS, JESUS. There are four items in the transformed first line. ‘THE HOLY BIBLE’ appears once, and ‘JESUS’ three times. This can be interpreted as 13, which is the same as the number of original US colonies, but more on that later.

If there was also something encoded in the John Hancock signature, then it would be reasonable to look for it in the same manner as the first line, in other words, the number 13 should be sought. It has been shown that the value of ‘GRAIL’ can be obtained three times using this signature, so one element of the message is still missing. In the Bible, Jesus repeatedly says that He is the first and the last. Perhaps something can be found by looking at the first and last letters of ‘John Hancock’. The first and last letters of ‘JOHN’ and ‘HANCOCK’ are, JN and HK, respectively. The last letter of ‘JOHN’ and the first letter of ‘HANCOCK’, ‘N’ and ‘H’, are next to each other and could possibly be merged to obtain a new letter. N = 14 and H = 8. Adding, N + H = 14 + 8 = 22, and the letter ‘V’ is the 22nd letter of the alphabet. This transforms the first and last letters of John Hancock into J V K.

From the first line of the Declaration we are told to look at JESUS and THE HOLY BIBLE, but which Bible? If there is a secret hidden in the Bible, then surely it would not be found in all of the different versions of the Bible. The first and last letters of John Hancock appear to be trying to reveal the Bible that holds the secret. The letters, JVK, can be rearranged to get KJV, which may be interpreted as ‘King James Version.’

By combining the information from the first line of the Declaration with the information from the John Hancock signature, the following result is obtained.

THE HOLY BIBLE – JESUS, JESUS, JESUS
GRAIL, GRAIL, GRAIL – KING JAMES VERSION

It is interesting to note that the first Bible to actually be named ‘The Holy Bible’, with that exact spelling, was the 1611 King James Bible. If the message intended by the Founders is that we look at the King James Bible, then there should be confirmation somewhere else in the document. When one thinks of the King James Bible, the first thought should be; which one? There have been many versions of this great Bible written over the centuries, but the most obvious starting point would be the first edition, the 1611 edition. If a coded message could be identified that specifically confirms the 1611 date, then the strength of the message would be greatly improved.

The first place to look for a coded message, or clue that is intended to be found is with something that appears to stand out as odd or different. There are two mistakes on the Declaration of Independence. Both mistakes involve letters that might appear to be genuine mistakes, but closer inspection will prove that they were intentional. The first mistake is on line 18. The letters ‘en’ were left out of the word ‘Representative’, as shown below in Figure 2.

Figure 3 shows the second mistake as it appears on line 36, where the word ‘only’ was mistakenly omitted from the original writing, or at least that is what the authors want us to believe.

Notice that each ‘mistake’ has a caret symbol, an editorial mark that means to insert the indicated text in this location. The caret symbols could also indicate two specific points on the document, and given any two points; a straight line can be drawn. The “mistake line” is shown in Figure 4.

This line will play many roles in the search, but for now, it separates or divides the word ‘separate’ on the fourth line of the document. The image below shows that the line divides the word ‘separate’, passing directly over the letter ‘r’.

The line passes directly through the letter ‘r’, effectively separating the first part of the text on this line from the remainder. As an aside, the letter ‘r’ intersected by the line is the 38th letter of the line. There are 37 letters before the ‘r’. Recognizing that R = 18 in gematria, gives the product, 37 X 18 = 666. The reason for the appearance of 666 serves as a confirmation of finding the letter ‘r’ using the line drawn through the two mistakes. It also tells the searcher to look closer at this portion of the text.

Using the words of this line of text through the first letter ‘a’ in ‘separate’, the confirmation of the 1611 King James Bible can be found. To find 1611, one must first know to look for it, so it is intended to act as a confirmation of prior information. In gematria, letters can be used to act like numbers. In this case, the letter ‘A’ is 1 and the letter ‘F’ is 6. To find 1611 in letter form, we need to find ‘AFAA’. There are four different ways to get the sequence ‘AFAA’ in the text, but the most obvious one starts at the beginning and reads left to right, as shown in Figure 6 below.

The numbers above the text clearly show the year 1611, but there has to be something more to confirm that this is intentional and not just a random occurrence. The word ‘TRUTH’ will come to play an incredibly important role in the Bible and the journey to find the Grail. In standard gematria, ‘TRUTH’ = 20 + 18 + 21 + 30 + 8 = 87. The numbers that appear below the 1611 text indicate the letter count from the beginning of the line to each letter that gives 1611. Adding the position numbers gives the value 1 + 22 + 27 + 37 = 87, the same as ‘TRUTH’. The value of the word ‘TRUTH’ confirms that 1611 is the correct date and that its placement here was intentional.

The first encoded message hidden on the Declaration of Independence is that The Holy Grail is located in the 1611 King James Version of The Holy Bible, and the name of ‘JESUS’ is the Key. Earlier, it was mentioned that the Bible carried on the Mayflower by John Alden was the King James Bible. Based upon what is encoded in the Declaration of Independence, this unlikely Bible takes on a completely new level of importance. Were the Pilgrims aware of a secret hidden in the King James Bible? Did they make the perilous journey to America in order to protect the Holy Grail? Were they following a plan to build a country on a specific date that was over 150 years in the future? This would be a preposterous theory, were it not for the precision of the clues and how they appear to have been intentionally placed in the one document that stood the best chance of surviving the test of time.

So far, the Declaration of Independence has revealed some rather astonishing information. If this was all that was hidden on the Declaration, it might be possible to discount it as just coincidence. Some critics are likely to argue that gematria is far too subjective to yield such conclusive results; after all, the same numbers could be used to represent a wide variety of so-called messages depending on what one looks for. Fortunately, there is much more hidden within the Declaration of Independence. If there was nothing hidden in the King James Bible, this interpretation would be fairly easy to shoot holes in as well, but the reader will soon learn that there are many layers awaiting discovery in the King James Bible. In fact, one of those layers will point to the location of the Holy Grail, the lost treasure of the Knights Templar organization, and possibly even the Ark of the Covenant.
